This thermoelectric power plant is located in La Banda city, Santiago del Estero. We have been operating this plant since November 2012 with 30 MW of installed capacity. It generates electricity through two FIAT dual-fuel turbines with a generation capacity of 16 MW each, operating in simple-cycle.
The power plant is connected to the TRASNOA station to feed energy into the interconnected system.
